Muse & Match (“we”) helps you turn a few selfies into AI-generated photos for your dating profile. We don’t require an account — we keep things anonymous and collect only what we need to deliver your photos. This policy explains what that is.

What we collect

Selfies you upload — the photos you give us are face images (biometric data). We use them only to generate your bundle.
Email address — collected at checkout so we can send you your photos and handle support and receipts.
Payment information — handled directly by our payment processor. We never see or store your card details.
Usage & device data — basic analytics (pages viewed, referring ad) via Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, including cookies.

Your selfies and face data

We treat your selfies as sensitive. We use them only to create your photo bundle. We do not use them to train AI models, and we do not sell or share them for advertising. Your uploaded selfies are automatically deleted after 30 days, and the photos we generate after 60 days. By uploading, you consent to us processing your likeness to generate your photos.

How we use your data

To generate and deliver your photo bundle.
To process your payment and send your receipt.
To respond to support requests.
To measure how our ads and site perform, so we can improve them.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the providers that make the service work: the AI image provider that processes your selfies, our payment processor, and our analytics tools (Google, Meta). We never sell your personal data.

Retention & deletion

Selfies are deleted after 30 days; generated photos after 60 days. We keep your email and order record longer for receipts and support. Want your data deleted sooner? Email us at hello@matchandmuse.com and we’ll take care of it.

Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and pixels from Google Analytics and Meta to understand traffic and ad performance. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Age

The service is for adults 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
